Week 4: Friday

The Mercy of the Cross

📖 Scripture: “But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.” (Ephesians 2:4-5, NIV)

❤️ Reflection:
There is no greater act of mercy than the cross. Jesus bore our sin, though we didn’t deserve it. His mercy changed our eternity. If we truly understand the depth of His sacrifice, we will extend that same mercy to others. Who in your life needs to experience the mercy of Jesus through you today?

🔥 Challenge: Take time to thank God for His mercy. Then, go and extend that mercy to someone in your life. Forgive, serve, love—be the hands and feet of Jesus today.

Week Four Challenge:

Go out of your way to show God’s mercy to someone who least expects it. Be intentional. Be bold. Be Jesus to them.
